Terms and Conditions

Registrations are received and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A completed registration constitutes submitting both a registration form and a deposit, which secures a place in the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must be made 60 days before the workshop start date. No refunds will be given within 59 days of the start date. Refund requests made 61 days prior to the workshop will incur a 20% processing fee. 

Based on enrollment numbers, PPP will decide whether to hold workshops six weeks prior to the workshop start date. In the event of a PPP workshop cancellation, all enrollment money will be refunded in full. 

In case of emergency or scheduling conflicts, you can transfer your spot to another artist, identified by you, who completes the registration and pays in full at the time of transfer. The cancelling participant will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee upon transfer completion. If PPP cancels the workshop, all enrollment fees will be fully refunded. 

Palette Productions regrets that emergencies, illnesses, or conflicts may prevent you from attending the workshop. Due to PPP committed expenses, workshop payments are not refundable. Unfortunately, exceptions cannot be made. 

The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended for your protection.
