Mary Alice Braukman

Retirement is not in Braukman’s vocabulary.

Mary Alice a native Floridian now makes her home in the mountains of Pisgah Forest, NC.

Just living is not enough, one must have love, freedom and ART in their life.

She is a creative and innovative artist who works continually on new ways to present images that evoke a sense of motion, texture and an unearthing of colors.

She is a graduate of Florida State University and was past president of Florida Watercolor Society and later served as director of Kanuga Watermedia Workshops for 17 years.

Her work is included in numerous featured articles and books, public and private collections.
