INSTRUCTORS
ROSANNE BROOKS
Rosanne, a native of Wisconsin (Go Cheeseheads) and Navy veteran, moved to Pensacola in 1993. Here she completed her Psychology degree and spent most of her career working with parents and their babies, teaching parents how to care for and play with their babies. Some of the curriculum used in the program focused on teaching parents to make toys for their babies out of everyday items a skill that would come in handy for junk journaling.
After retiring in 2018, Rosanne decided to develop her creative side and began dabbling into watercolor, Gelli printing, quilting, beading, card making and even constructing doll houses. When Rosanne discovered junk journaling she found that she could combine many of these skills in making a beautiful and original journal while also repurposing her artwork in her journals.
